This is an owner build project in Sterling. Precision Timberworks fabricated two huge Douglas Fir trusses for the great room which were raised after the roof was already in place. Two hallway accents also in Douglas Fir make this stick built home look like a timberframe. Precision Timberworks also fabricated and raised an entry frame made out of Sitka Spruce
